Orders ship within 1–4 business days from the time the order is received unless otherwise noted in the product description (primarily for handmade or custom items). Processing times may vary during promotions or holidays due to high order volume. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders over $100.00 (before taxes and fees) qualify for free shipping. No promo code is required; free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 additional days for the postal service to update tracking details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS upon customer request, and additional charges may apply. Customers will be contacted via email for approval before the order is shipped.
Please note that tracking information may not be available for some international orders shipped via USPS International Mail. If tracking is required, customers must request FedEx or UPS shipping. Orders shipped via USPS International Mail typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, but delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Renee and Renae (Formerly | The Katz Meow Creations) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional delivery fees, or customs delays. Returns and exchanges on international orders are not accepted at this time.

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS, AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Charges may apply depending on the value of the order and the destination country’s tax-free threshold. Payment of all duties, taxes, and fees is the responsibility of the recipient and is collected at the time of delivery.

INVITATIONS
All invitations will have custom shipping based upon the weight of your order. In most cases larger orders will receive free shipping and/or flat rate USPS shipping.
RETURNS
JEWELRY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days of confirmed delivery. Returns are not accepted for international orders.
Please note:

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees (non-refundable).
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and be unworn and unused.
- Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
- All sale items are final sale.

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your return or exchange has been received and/or your refund has been issued.
INVITATIONS
Due to the customized nature of invitations, returns are not accepted. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to ensure your order is correct the first time, and if an issue does occur, we will do everything possible to make it right.
